Opening Times

Patients can contact the Practice between the hours of 08:00-18:30 Mon-Fri.

Please note that the Practice closes for staff training on some Thursday afternoons. For more information please see the 'Practice Closure Dates' tab.

Extended Hours: Evening Opening

We offer an evening service to patients for appointments with a GP. These appointments are available on Monday & Thursday evenings from 6.30-8.30pm.Please note appointments need to be booked in advance .

This is not a walk-in or emergency surgery.  Any emergencies will still be dealt with by the Out of Hours service.

When We Are Closed

If you require a doctor out of normal surgery hours, please ring 01785 822220 and your call will be transferred to the out of hours service.

They will either give advice over the phone, offer an appointment or request you to attend the Stafford General Hospital, Casualty dept.

Please note this is not for routine enquiries or appointments.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Practice Closure Dates 2013

Please find below a list of days the Practice will be closed in 2013. The Practice deals with an increased clinical demand after a Bank Holiday and we, therefore, suggest you avoid booking to see a clinician for a routine appointment on these days.

Staff Training Afternoon Only

The practice closes on some Thursday afternoons to facilitate training needs. The practice will not be available from 1pm on these days. If you require medical assistance during this time then you should contact the Out of Hours service, which is available via our main telephone number.
